1. Products are handmade so the measurements aren't perfect & may have a difference of 1" error, so it is for reference only.

2. Products may sustain dents or little scratches if mishandled during shipping. The metal is not naturally white so we just paint it meaning the paint can peel if thrown around etc. These little scratches do not affect the structure of your product and can be easily fixed by spray paint. In fact, with all the Décor you add to the backdrop, the scratches can't be visible. So if you mind this please consider carefully before making your purchase. This is beyond our control but we continue to pack the goods the best way we can.

3. Due to large size of the products, they will be shipped detached to avoid damage during transit. They will therefore need assembly which is very simple and straightforward. This is a great advantage for easy storage and transportation.

4. Floral arrangements and other decor are for demo and not included with this purchase.
