Return & Refund Policy

To help us process your request efficiently, please fill in the form above with your order number for referencing, and review or policy below to undertand how we process order cancelations, returns or refunds.

What Can Be Returned

• - Wrong product received or incorrect variation (size, color, etc.)
• - Quantity shortage or missing parts
• - Product lost or damaged in transit (Report immediately so we can initiate a claim)

Note

- All Items returned should be in the same condition you received them, unused, and in the original packaging where possible.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged. This enables us to file insurance claims in time, to cover costs for your refunds from the shipping company. For damaged items, you must provide:

• - A photo of the damage on the product.
• - A photo of the package's interior (including any protective packaging used).
• - A photo of the entire box, (full exterior like it was just received, preferably with the shipping label showing).

Exceptions (Non-returnable Items)

• - Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
• - Sale items, digital files, or gift cards
• - Used or damaged items in customer possession
• - Returns after the 30-day window
• - Packages lost or damaged after delivery

Exchanges

The fastest way to get an exchange, is to return the item and place a new order. Once the return is accepted, you will be issued a refund.
