• Venue not included. Client books the venue; we design the space. We can install at wedding venues, homes, offices, and private locations—space must be adequate for staging.
• If your venue provides tables and chairs, we can deduct those items from your package.
• We do not co-decorate with DIY setups or client-supplied décor. This maintains quality, timing, and brand consistency.
• After booking, a contract must be signed to secure the date.
• Book upfront by checking out easily online or email is for a Payment Schedule:

• 30% due 1 month before the event
• 20% due 1 week before the event
  Non-compliance with payment schedule may result in cancellation.
• Major last-minute design changes are not accepted.
• Venue changes require 3+ weeks notice to ensure feasibility.
